Bolt Entertainment is looking for a talented Video Editor for a remote editing opportunity in Argentina, who can manage and execute the post production process for video editing. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Logging, archiving, organizing footage and other tasks related to Post Production
  • Create motion graphics package for training video including: title sequence, lower thirds, and various-sized call out boxes for instructional content
  • Color correct footage
  • Compress and render footage into proper resolutions and bit-rates
  • Use proper frame rate, ISO, white balance, aperture, and matching settings on multiple cameras during a production
  • Edit HD and 4K video 
  • Create and animate 2D/3D assets within video
  • Utilize pre-designed 2D/3D assets from other team members for animation within video
  • Use guidance from project leads, graphics leads, reference materials, and user feedback to create video (pre-production, production, post-production), with the ability to take raw footage and a script/storyboard, and put the entire project together
  • Transcribing videos and features
  • Preparing projects, gathering elements and creating string outs for producers and editors prior to editing.
  • Doing your own sound mix and color grade on edits

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Multimedia or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years' experience (Background and experience in post-production)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and Acrobat) and digital technology editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Edius, Lightworks, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut)
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of 3D animation
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in After Effects
  • Should be organized, technical, flexible, and creative.
