Job Responsibilities: •

In charge of Front Office management to ensure that office standard are maintained

• Send monthly attendance report • Responsible for organizing meetings, travel management and stationary indent

• Must have a minimum of two years of experience in managing Front Office

• Excellent proficiency in English (oral and written)

• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Greet and welcome guests

• Problem-solving skills • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them

• Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them

• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc. • Keep all files and records updated  • Take up other admin duties as and when assigned
