Commercial Development Manager

Arnolfini is Bristol’s International Centre for Contemporary Art. It provides a venue and platform for many art forms with a strong focus on contemporary visual arts and a commitment to being open and accessible to all. Arnolfini will be 60 years old in 2021 and in recent months we have redesigned the organisation as an independent charity that is part of the University of West of England, Bristol. Arnolfini is located in Bush House, on Bristol’s iconic harbour side and now forms an integrated part of the university’s city centre campus. Arnolfini is a contemporary arts centre with an international reputation for visual arts, a multi-purpose 200 seat theatre/ auditorium, a busy community and education programme, a successful specialist independent bookshop, thriving café bar (operated by Bristol Beer Factory) and a range of studio and office spaces.

We are seeking an experienced manager with a proven track record in meeting financial targets to  develop and manage the commercial hires, events and licences for Arnolfini to maximise income and deliver a high quality client experience.
