Engagement Assistant

Arnolfini is Bristol’s International Centre for Contemporary Art. It provides a venue and platform for many art forms with a strong focus on contemporary visual arts and a commitment to being open and accessible to all. Arnolfini will be 60 years old in 2021 and in recent months we have redesigned the organisation as an independent charity that is part of the University of West of England, Bristol. Arnolfini is located in Bush House, on Bristol’s iconic harbour side and now forms an integrated part of the university’s city centre campus. Arnolfini is a contemporary arts centre with an international reputation for visual arts, a multi-purpose 200 seat theatre/ auditorium, a busy community and education programme, a successful specialist independent bookshop, thriving café bar (operated by Bristol Beer Factory) and a range of studio and office spaces.

We are seeking an Engagement Assistant with some work experience, to assist and support a series of audience development, community and education projects and activities that support and inform Arnolfini’s cultural programme.
