You'll play a pivotal role in redefining our approach to theatre marketing and realising our ambition of becoming the most effective marketing organisation in the industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing leadership to the regional Venue Teams, with the objective of driving EBITDA growth via more creative and effective strategies, that leverage new digital channels and innovative marketing techniques.

Driving collaboration between our Central Marketing teams (Data, CRM, Social & Performance) and + 70 Marketing and Communications professionals, in order to maximise the potential of ATG’s network scale.

Our ideal candidate will be:

An experienced marketeer with a proven record of delivering effective & creative campaigns that leverage the full marketing mix to grow audiences and drive sales;

Experienced in managing large cross disciplinary teams to create effective campaigns;

A strong presenter and communicator with the ability to inspire, motivate and influence;

and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the appetite to challenge constructively and persuasively.
