Business Manager - London

The Business Manager - London will be responsible for the effective leadership of a number of ATG’s West End Theatres and associated teams and the delivery of the budgeted EBITDA for the venues and business unit as a whole.

You’ll contribute to ATG’s strategic goals by developing an ambitious vision and corresponding business plans in conjunction with venue Theatre Managers and devising short, medium and long term objectives to achieve these plans. Your goal will be to achieve, or exceed, budget expectations. You’ll ensure the venues operate to the highest possible standard and are a desired destination for producers and customers. You will offer inspiring leadership to both internal teams and external stakeholders. This is an exciting and unique role at the forefront of driving forward ATG's growth and improvement across all areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities

To lead the development of venue business plans, contribute to the process and collaborate with the Business Director (London), Group International Business Director and the Finance team to deliver its objectives

To share responsibility for the growth of venue EBITDA as agreed with the Board of Directors through setting, monitoring and reviewing the goals and objectives of the Theatre Manager and venue management teams

To work consistently to the organisational culture and values and ensure that ATG’s reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies is consistent with this

To develop and maintain excellent relationships with all relevant producers, demonstrating knowledge of their work and successes
