The UK Finance Business Partner: Growth & London will be a key player in the success and direction of ATG’s UK business. By building strong relationships across the business, they will enhance clarity around business drivers and inform key decisions.

You will be an effective partner to the business, providing financial planning, analysis and decision support and change management and process improvement.

Candidate Specification

Professional with relevant transferable skills gained from working within multinational or complex organisations

Qualified Accountant - ACCA/CIMA/ACA with business partnering experience.

Demonstrated high calibre financial understanding and capability, with a clear commercial awareness

A track record of personal growth through exceeding expectations and objectives

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with a range of finance and non-finance persons across the organisation whilst able to challenge decisions if required

Strong stakeholder management and exposure to senior management

Demonstrated ability to identify business drivers and apply those drivers to effectively project business performance

The ability to analyse and interpret key financial data while working to tight deadlines
