We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Conversion Rate Optimisation analyst to join the Ecommerce team.  This role will be responsible for reporting on day to day performance across multiple platforms and identifying opportunities for growth, both off and on site.

As a CRO Analyst you’ll be analysing and generating insights from different data sources to understand how users behave online, with a view to improving website conversion rates. You will create and manage a series of tests and reports to make sure online users are most effectively lead to conversion.

Some key responsibilities include:

Analyse data from various traffic sources to provide insightful and detailed reports on all digital channels, covering acquisition and conversion across multiple sites.

Create and track goal flows and funnel reports for key user journeys across all ATG sites. Identify pain points in the user journey and new opportunities to improve conversion. Use the data to identify insights to inform hypotheses and test ideas.

Analyse website traffic to determine the effectiveness of online campaigns and recommend improvements based on those findings.
