This is a unique opportunity to join ATG’s expanding specialised customer relationship management team, responsible for engaging a large customer base via Email with a rich schedule of shows for our 10 London West end venues and 22 venues around the UK.

We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows.  We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

The CRM team is growing and looking for a “smart” team to drive email engagement and ATG ticket sales.  We are looking for an experiencedmarketing/digital copywriter with a passion for producing  engaging and powerful content for our customer base. This role will also expand to other channel areas of the business such as; SMS, DM, web and app.

Some key responsibilities will be:

Producing high quality (succinct and compelling) copy for personalised customer communications prodominentlly for emails but also; SMS, social posts, direct mailings and website

Standout copy should reflect the ATG (and show) brand tone of voice and align and resonate with relevant target segments

Strive to understand our shows and what the producers are passionate about

Producing content that will boost customer engagement and retention, as well as improve the promotion of ATG venues and shows

Working on a number of content projects within tight schedules
