We are currently on the look-out for a fresh, experimental and conceptual brand focused Designer. We need someone who is full of energy and enthusiasm, a real strong thinker, passionate about building a brand from the ground up. Someone who is driven to re-define brands through innovative and strategic design, and loves to make original and bold ideas come to life. This is an agency that specialises in the Luxury Hospitality sector, with great budgets to create brands that are unique and exciting, delivering individual, beautifully crafted products and services.

We are super open to reviewing candidates from different design disciplines who want to make the transition into brand design. As long as you are passionate about creating a vision and have practical design skills, you don’t necessarily need a degree in graphic design. Experience in Fine Art, Sculpture, Illustration etc. would all be relevant.

About You:

  • You have an excellent portfolio showcasing strategic and innovative brand design, with experience of pure brand refreshes, and designing brands from scratch.
  • You must have a strong attention to detail right from typography through to design layout.
  • You have a strong creative flair; you’re a problem solver and a creative thinker that can concept ideas from start through to the production of each project.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the Luxury Hospitality sector, designing for luxury hotels, members clubs or restaurants.
  • You are passionate about design, brands, consumer trends, and creative movements.
  • You have a multi-disciplinary background in the creative space.
  • You are strategically minded – able to work on a brief from ideation to delivery.
  • You can work collaboratively with other design team members, remaining open, honest, and optimistic.
  • You are skilled in both print and digital design, with cutting-edge knowledge of production techniques.
  • You are highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally possess motion graphics skills. An ability to create video content is also desirable but not essential.
  • You are highly organised and capable of managing deadlines efficiently.
  • You are skilled in storytelling, and creating a narrative through design.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • You will be working on pure brand refreshes within the luxury hospitality sector, responsible for creating brand personalities and executing them.
  • You will be creating the visual identity of brands, activating them in the most innovative and engaging ways.
  • You will take part in brainstorming, and collaborative review sessions, contributing to these meetings in order to add value to each project.
  • You will be collaborating with other creatives, offering new perspectives, working towards creating and activating incredible experiences around the brand.
