Midweight Motion Designer

Are you an enthusiastic Motion Designer looking to step up to a Midweight role? Do you want to be involved in award-winning design projects?

Our client is a well-established, independent and award-winning London design agency who offer fantastic benefits. They are looking for a Midweight Motion Designer to join their digital design team, someone with the eagerness to jump in and own projects. You will be working closely with the Art Director and creative teams to produce groundbreaking, high-quality content.

You should be a conceptual thinker and able to come up with highly creative motion concepts, inspiring digital presentations, short-form content for social media, video and motion works for various brands.

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a motion designer in a creative or design agency
• BA or HND degree in Design
• You have an engaging showreel of work that demonstrates motion graphics
• Engaging portfolio/ showreel of work that demonstrates impressive motion graphics including 2D and experimentation.
• Strong understanding across all digital platforms and motion tools - Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate and Premiere. Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Able to produce storyboards, and have an understanding of camera angles and narrative flow.
• Must be someone who is constantly coming up with creative ideas, a problem solver and persuasive presenter
• Must have sharp visual design eye and attention to detail
• Good listener, able to understand and develop briefs independently and with the team
• Be up to date with the latest design trends
• Must have a visa to work in the UK or European passport
