Ticketing Operations Specialist

Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) is the global leader in live theatre. ATG owns and operates close to 50 venues globally, is an internationally recognized and award-winning producer, and operates a market leading theatre ticketing business.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join ATG’s Ticketing Operations department to be part of the event configuration team. This position works across multiple Ticketing Systems inc. Audience View and ENTA and is sales driven to lead on national and international on-sales, projects and troubleshooting services. The post holder will liaise closely with a variety of departments across ATG including e-commerce, marketing, programming, pricing, box offices and external promoters and producers.

Key responsibilities include:

To configure on our Ticketing systems events and venues across the entire ATG estate inc. national tours and West End shows in accordance to the best practice guidelines and processes

To build events within the programmed on-sale deadline and Ticketing Operation SLAs. In addition, escalate and manage any tasks that may fail to be completed within the Ticketing Operations Service Level Agreements (SLA)

To lead on on-sale planning and management including liaison with third party suppliers and promoters
