The Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) is the global leader in live theatre. We own and operate close to 50 venues in the UK and US, we’re an internationally award-winning producer, and a market leading theatre ticketing business.

The Palace Theatre and Opera House in Manchester are currently recruiting for several staff members to join our Ticketing and Sales department, the successful applicant will possess the following:

- A keen interest in theatre, and be an ambitious and passionate team-player.

- A creative and adaptable approach to problem solving, with good attention to detail.

- A positive attitude, and be both personable and respectful.

- Is a strong communicator, is tech savvy and has good numerical skills.

You will be working across two theatres as part of a customer facing team in the day to day running of the box office. You will need to maintain a good understanding of the show schedule, production information and venue information.

You will be expected to maximise revenue by cross selling and upselling, and promote the work of both the Manchester Palace, Opera House & ATG theatres.

You will be cash handling, working with different types of computer software and doing daily Box Office admin.

You must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays (including the Christmas period) in line with our opening hours.
