Milton Keynes Theatre is a centre of excellence in the region and opened in 1999. We are a large scale 1400 seat receiving house, with a fully retracting ceiling that can provide a more intimate viewing experience where required, making every visit memorable. We offer a wide and varied programme of first class dance, drama, musicals, opera, comedy and children's shows. 

Creative Learning & Community Partnerships is a dynamic department which delivers a high quality programme of award winning cultural education which is locally driven, with national significance!

Creative Learning & Community Partnerships are passionate, multi-faceted and talented individuals. 

Staff are innovative in their approach to Creative Learning, consciously ensuring that the local Creative Learning programme responds to the needs and opportunities of the area with ingenuity, finesse, and with integrity.

The Creative Learning & Community Partnerships Manager will jointly lead MK Creative Learning in leading large scale performance projects, exciting and complex partnership ventures, and a long term sustained programme for a diverse range of local participants. 

Additionally, this remit includes a regional responsibility as a ‘Hub Lead’ across other ATG venues. To help support and offer guidance for the delivery of Creative Learning & Community Partnerships by working with venues in order to realise opportunities, ensure quality and align with the Creative Learning & Community Partnerships strategy. 

This role requires an experienced cultural educationalist, who will harness their intrinsic understanding of the needs, challenges & opportunities of ATG and Creative Learning & Community Partnerships. The ideal candidate will deliver exemplar and specialist work, and have an understanding of national education policy and key agenda.
