Milton Keynes Theatre is currently seeking a Full Time Permanent Deputy Technical Manager to complete the Technical Management Team. 
This is a fantastic opportunity within the Technical Department for an enthusiastic, dedicated, innovative and collaborative person who is passionate about their work and compelled to go above and beyond.

Milton Keynes Theatre is a premier venue in the Ambassador Theatre Group portfolio and is a busy environment, receiving over 90 varied productions and 400 performances in the past year alone. It has over 1400 seats, a loading dock that can accommodate 3 Trailers on a flat load in, has an adjustable Auditorium Ceiling, 3 pit elevators and a separate Ceiling structure dedicated to Orchestras. 

As would be expected of this pivotal role, you would already be either specialised with a bias towards Electrics or Stage and have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and possibly AutoCAD/TurboCAD. You would have extensive experience of large scale productions in a Premier Receiving House and have evidence of managing or deputising for departments and leading a team. You are also mindful that technology in the Theatre industry is ever evolving and having a keen eye for integration of new and existing technologies is a skill you possess and are able to act on.
