An excellent opportunity to lead our Front of House team as we begin a year of celebration to mark Richmond Theatre's 120th Anniversary.

Richmond Theatre is it is now celebrating its 120th Anniversary of presenting a wide range of quality drama, record breaking musicals, opera, dance, and family entertainment. To celebrate this milestone, the theatre is undergoing major renovations over the summer,  including a redesign of all of the theatres bars. 

We are currently recruiting a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front of house (FOH) operation and audience experience. The role will focus on customer service, recognising untapped revenue generating opportunities and maximising established revenue streams. Each year Richmond Theatre welcomes a quarter of a million theatregoers through its doors and our Customer Experience Manager is key to developing and enhancing their experience before, during and after the performances.
