We are looking for talented practitioners whose facilitation style can be tailored to a broad cross section of the community and education sector, with an awareness of the wider cultural and social development of Richmond and the surrounding areas, and an understanding of the needs of the local community.

Richmond Theatre is a spectacular grade two listed large scale receiving house venue, hosting a vibrant programme featuring touring theatre including National Theatre and English National Ballet productions, as well as comedy, music and community performances.

Richmond Theatre Trust (RTT) works in partnership with the theatre to deliver the Creative Learning Programme and to ensure the work is fully accessible. RTT is an independent charitable trust engaging with young people living in the local communities through theatre-related activities. RTT raises funds in order to share the overall cost of the Creative Learning itself and towards the cost of some of the key projects. It supports those members of the community who experience barriers to theatre going because of disability, age, social or economic circumstances. The Trust provides opportunities for people to enjoy the excitement of theatre, learn new skills, develop their talents, create and perform.
