Maintenance Manager

The Ambassadors, Woking is seeking a multi skilled individual with experience in maintenance and operation of building systems to manage and maintain our busy and vibrant public entertainment complex. 

This individual would be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the New Victoria Theatre which seats 1330, the Rhoda McGaw Theatre which seats 220 and our six screen cinema. This is a hands on role responding to day to day requirements to ensure the building operates at a high standard. 

The successful candidate will plan, organise and coordinate all building projects and repairs, maintenance contracts and planned preventative maintenance for Woking Theatres and Cinema. You will ensure that Woking Theatres and Cinema are maintained in excellent condition for all visitors, performers and staff. You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the building to ensure it meets Health and Safety and licensing and any relevant legal requirements.
