An exciting opportunity has arisen to join ATG’s Ticketing Operations department to co-ordinate and oversee the day to day work of the Ticketing Operations team. With an eye for detail the post holder will ensure service levels are met and the operational set-up is in accordance to current business practices, enabling our exciting products to be sold via our Ticketing Systems across the UK.

Some Key Responsibilities include:

To oversee all day-to-day configuration on our UK ticketing systems to meet our service level agreements

To oversee the scheduling of the department’s day to day work, ensuring that both tasks and team resources are managed appropriately to meet agreed service levels

To ensure on-sale processes are followed in order to maximize revenue

To manage key on sales and projects including process and system development
