Managing Director/Executive Director

A small, growing performing arts organization is seeking a Managing Director/ Executive Director to lead an expansion as the nearly five decade long professional Equity theatre company broadens its mission to include  community theater, musical and film events, and an education division. The ED will oversee all administrative duties while working closely with the company's Producing Artistic Director. Key duties will include creating the yearly budget, fundraising, donor cultivation, marketing and audience development. This is a full time position. Candidates should have a performing arts management degree, and or relevant arts administration experience. Salary is in the $40,000 - $50,000 range. Please send resume and cover letter.
