As Marketing Manager you will work closely with specialist departments in the coordination, planning and execution of collateral, integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships and live events. You will report into the Director of Marketing for North America, and liaise daily with the London and US teams on the East and West coasts. This role will also work closely with Press and Design.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a close working relationship with key stakeholders and departments and keep ongoing knowledge of business goals.
  • Lead and implement all marketing campaigns for allocated departments, liaising with other Marketing Managers and Marketing Director.
  • Ensure campaigns are in-line with budgets, timeline, financial plan, and meet the goals of the department.
  • Oversee all integrated marketing activities for allocated departments including promotional and consignment marketing collateral and video, digital and, email marketing.
  • Regularly provide marketing analytics and reporting to departments with the support of your Marketing Director.
  • Maintain a relationship with key external partners, e.g. media/digital agencies, video print and mailing house suppliers and develop new relationships.
  • Oversee marketing design workflows and production for your projects and specialist departments.
  • Support on the conception, organization, and implementation of departmental events.
  • Events consist of cocktail receptions, panel discussions, and small-scale luncheons and dinners for clients.
  • In addition to the tasks and responsibilities listed, you may be required to perform other duties as assigned by your Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 2-4 years previous experience in a similar position
  • Highly organized, creative thinker, and self-starter
  • You will have strong proof reading and editing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Experience of managing online marketing campaigns required
  • Ability to work towards meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good understanding of art and luxury arena
