Strategic Operations Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the oversight of a web-based retail jewelry business including two established collections. Job entails running the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce retail company including strategic planning, business development, quality control and managing outside vendors and contractors.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience

Previous experience in jewelry business a plus

Self-starter attitude

Ability to work independently

Ability to prioritize

Exceptional communication skills

Excellent writing skills

Ability to manage outside contractors

Proficiency with Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop), Hootsuite, Shopify, Microsoft Excel or comparable software

Previous non-profit experience a plus
