Position: Artistic Lab Technicians

NOW HIRING: Academy of Art University is seeking to fulfill technical support roles within the University's academic labs, equipment facilities and shops for the upcoming semester. Artistic Lab Technicians work directly with students, faculty and staff on a variety of matters that ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources within the University's labs, equipment facilities and shop spaces.

What an Academic Support Technician Will Do Each Day:

· Provide quality customer service to all students and faculty

· Quickly help to resolve technical matters that directly impact the work of students

· Support with inventory management and quality control

· Assist, as needed, with software and hardware updates

· Ensure best practices are followed for respective work locations
