We are seeking a Gallery Operations & Fulfillment Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee each gallery's fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales invoices and other accounts receivable, monitor and process incoming payments, etc.
  • Maintain accounting records including invoices, expenses, payments and transactions
  • Serves as the primary point person for daily incoming orders
  • Speaking with photographers on a daily basis
  • Dealing with our framing company
  • Knowing about stock in hand and best selling items
  • Streamline packing materials
  • Updating inventory across all channels in real time
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines and budget
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
  • Transferring sales information into the accounting system
  • Keeping customers satisfied and loyal

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in gallery operations (photography gallery preferred)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Strong knowledge of CRM Systems & retail management
  • Proficient with MAC, Excel & Quickbooks
