We are seeking a Gallery Operations & Fulfillment Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee each gallery's fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales invoices and other accounts receivable, monitor and process incoming payments, etc.
- Maintain accounting records including invoices, expenses, payments and transactions
- Serves as the primary point person for daily incoming orders
- Speaking with photographers on a daily basis
- Dealing with our framing company
- Knowing about stock in hand and best selling items
- Streamline packing materials
- Updating inventory across all channels in real time
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines and budget
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Transferring sales information into the accounting system
- Keeping customers satisfied and loyal
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in gallery operations (photography gallery preferred)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Strong knowledge of CRM Systems & retail management
- Proficient with MAC, Excel & Quickbooks
