The ATHENS PRINTMAKING ART CENTER - PANDOLFINI & SIATERLI C.N.P.P. is accepting submissions from emerging and established printmakers, visual artists and groups, from all over the world for its upcoming exhibition under the topic of Self Portrait. The ATHENS PRINTMAKING ART CENTER welcomes proposals from the entire spectrum of printmaking, encouraging artistic dialogue and experimentation on the techniques and visual representations.

We here at SIILK GALLERY are looking for artists from all walks of life around the world for our 2022 exhibitions. As things are reopening back up here in Athens, Greece we are taking submissions from all mediums of artistry for Septermber through to December group shows.

The Bohemian neighbourhood Metaxourgeio is a cultural and artistic neighbourhood brimming with performing arts theatres, studios and galleries showcasing the works of Greek and international artists. It centers on leafy Avdi Square, a popular gathering place set amidst lively bars and fashionable shops. Street art adorns brick walls and green spaces, while neoclassical buildings house cafes and small-plate restaurants.

Seven Seas

 Group Art Exhibition

“Seven Seas”

 

Earth, the “Blue Planet”. More than 70 percent of our planet’s surface is covered by water. Nevertheless, how much do we know about the sea? The endless expanse, the unexplored depths, the so many different forms of life, the inconceivable forces of nature, the myths and the legends … have been causing awe and fascination to people for centuries.

The group art exhibition “Seven Seas” will leads us to the endless blue of the seas through contemporary art.

The exhibition will present works of art like paintings, sculpture, video, photography, virtual reality, sound / music and text.

The exhibition will take place in July at the Pocket Star Gallery in Lycabettus.
