Tinta Invisible editions PRESENTS ON PAPER, its annual contest of graphic work to promote the art of engraving as well as the connection between engravers from all over the world.

1.OBJECTIVE

The call was born in 2015 by the artist and engraver Nuria Melero. Currently, it is a collaboration between the artist and the team of Tinta invisible editions Ricard Ibernon, Martí Guinovart and Mercis Rossetti. The objective is the promotion and support of contemporary artists and creators specialized in engraving techniques as well as the diffusion of their work.

Casa RARO Barcelona - Open Calls

Casa R.A.R.O. Barcelona, an international artist program that fosters the exchange, creation, and dissemination of contemporary artistic projects. We would love to explore the opportunity for collaboration with your magazine to reach artists, curators, and cultural managers who may be interested in our ongoing Open Calls and Residency Programs.

 

Our open calls are for various residency opportunities in our Barcelona-based studios. Residents work closely with the entire R.A.R.O. team, benefitting from dedicated studio space, peer support and collaboration, as well a series of enriching activities, such as talks, meetings, and exhibitions, which complement their projects.

Residency Call Visual Art and Multidisciplinary Projects Summer-Fall 2025

Can Serrat is a farmhouse located in El Bruc (Montserrat), 45 km from Barcelona. Since 1989, it has been home to one of the oldest international residency programs for artistic and literary projects in Catalonia.

The organization focuses on supporting and advising the creative process through individual and collective gatherings, and an extensive professional cultural network. The house can accommodate up to 35 people from various countries and disciplines, allowing for a multitude of enriching exchanges.

Can Serrat receives support from the Generalitat de Catalunya, and is a member of both Xarxaprod, a network of artistic production centers in Catalonia, and TAV-CC.

Barcelona Open Art

Artists from all countries are welcome to submit their works for consideration. You are welcome to submit works in any medium. (painting, photography, printmaking, installation, sculpting, mixed media, poems, illustration, etc). The theme of the exhibition is OPEN.

Any artist from any background can submit any of their work. There is no charge to submit your application, please feel free to share your work with us
