Intermission invites artists to engage with two diametrically opposed public and social contexts; the Reinickendorf Town Hall in Berlin, Germany, and the historical centre of Paduli, Italy.

With the call for the exhibition at the Reinickendorf Town Hall we challenge artists to intervene in a space that is defined by its function as a public institution.

The most representative artists will be selected for an art residency that will take place in Paduli, IT, in the hinterland of Naples.

SHARE INTENSIVE BERLIN

Take part of SHARE Intensive Berlin 2020 this coming winter at DOCK 11 EDEN **** studio Berlin.

After our success in since 2018, we are coming back to share with you the work of

Hofesh Shechter, Sharon Eyal, William Forsythe, and Crystal Pite.

Our collective made of dancers from Batsheva, L-E-V Sharon Eyal | Gai Behar, the Forsythe company, NDT and more, will give you time to appreciate methods and repertoire workshops from master choreographers in the beautiful dance studio at Micadanses Paris.

CALL FOR ARTISTS - EXHIBIT AT BERLIN GALLERY WEEKEND 2019

BBA gallery is located in the heart of Berlin and focuses on promising emerging artists. We are currently planning Vol. 4 of our format “EMERGING ARTISTS”. Therefore we are looking for 3-5 distinct artistic positions to present in a 3-weeks long exhibition at our gallery in April and May 2019, with a big Opening on Friday April 26 for the start of Berlin Gallery Weekend - Berlins biggest contemporary art event of the year. The exhibition will be accompanied by a catalogue. Amongst the exhibited artists the gallery will select one artist to be the winner of 1st prize. The winner will be awarded a cash prize of 500 € and will be fully promoted as a guest artist on the gallery’s ARTSY profile for 1 year.

Stripped Works - Festival for contemporary theatre practices

Stripped Works is a festival for contemporary theatre practices focusing on the idea of sharing the work. In two weeks four artists and groups present their current projects and afterwards give practical insights in their artistic process through a four-days workshop. The 2018 edition takes place from November 23rd to December 7th. strippedworks.tatwerk-berlin.de For the 2019 edition of the festival Stripped Works we are looking for 4 productions (length min. 50 min.) and 4-days workshops in the fields theatre and performance. There is no limitation in the choice of the theme. The festival is organized by the label DERIVAT in the space of TATWERK | Performative Forschung.
