Share 650 sf in DUMBO Brooklyn

650 sf studio/office share in dumbo. The space is less narrow than this photo implies. Also, this is showing the half of the space that is currently open, not the half that is occupied.

Half of a 650 square foot studio in DUMBO is available to share. The space is bright and quiet, and suitable for a freelancer or artist.

Sink and bathroom are in the hall only a few steps away.

The space is currently used part time as a combo office / creative space with only 1 or 2 people there at a time. I’m flexible about the arrangement of the space and the type of work that gets done there, but I would like someone who is professional and considerate of others.
