SciArt Residency

In collaboration with the Collaborative Research Centre ISOQUANT at Heidelberg University and the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen, Art Hub Copenhagen invites artists to apply for a six-month residency exchange programme that brings together artists and quantum physicists. Deadline for applications is Wednesday 26 March 2025.

ABOUT THE RESIDENCY
In recent years, the intersection of art and science, particularly physics, has gained increasing prominence in artistic practices and exhibitions. This residency aims to build on that momentum by fostering creative dialogue between artists and leading international researchers in quantum physics.

Collide Copenhagen, fully funded residency at CERN and Copenhagen Contemporary

Artists and collectives from any country are invited to submit a proposal for a fully-funded, two-month residency split between CERN and Copenhagen Contemporary

Collide is Arts at CERN's annual residency programme for artists with a distinct interest in science and technology, who have a strong motivation to engage in dialogue with scientists and engineers.

CERN and Copenhagen Contemporary announced a three-year partnership through Collide, Arts at CERN’s flagship international residency programme. 

DESERTED SHORE

Group show

Magenta gallery invites local artists working in sculpture to participate in a group exhibition in March 2021.

The work can be in ceramic, wood, stone or glass for the theme: DESERTED SHORE. 

Submitted sculptures must be made within the last three years.

The exhibited work will be displayed in the window and the gallery space for approximately three weeks. The exhibition will also include an online viewing of the artwork.
