Salt ’n’ Sauce is an Edinburgh based, independent art submission organization. The purpose of which is to try and support artists and designers by providing a platform to share and promote their work.

This open call is asking artists to submit thier work to be shown on the organization instagram.

SSA | 123RD ANNUAL EXHIBITION - GENERAL SUBMISSIONS

The Society of Scottish Artists invites both members and non-members to apply to be part of the 123rd SSA Annual Exhibition at the Royal Scottish Academy, one of the largest shows of contemporary art in Scotland.

In this open call we are accepting work in the form of painting, printmaking, photography, drawing, sculpture and all other media not listed under the separate INSTALLATION, PROPOSALS AND PERFORMANCE SUBMISSIONS and SSA | CUTLOG categories.

The SSA Annual Exhibition at the RSA in Edinburgh showcases the best of contemporary art to audiences in excess of 30,000 people. The exhibition is produced and supported entirely by artists with no public funding. It will take place from 1 November – 23 November 2021.

Edinburgh Short Film Festival 2021 Now Open For Entries! International Showcases & Film Awards

The 10th Anniversary edition of the ESFF with more short film screenings in Edinburgh,
International Film Festival showcases, trophies, cash prizes and awards!

We're  also excited to be programming showcases of our best films for our 2021 partners:

and Manipulate Theatre & Animation Festival!

Max Length 25 minutes, international films welcomed, all genres eligible.

RE-MERGE: Open Call for Participation

Re-Merge. A global unison art performance. First edition 4th May 2020 

Call for artists to participate in a worldwide synchronisation virtual hangouts performance. 

[SHIFT:ibpcpa] and Intermedia artist-curator Ayshia want to bring you all into an intimate and unified place. A real-time fantasy world where many artists come together to participate in a show of solidarity-driven unanimity during the quarantine.

OPEN CALL: SHOW ANYTHING SHOW 2020

The Show Anything Show 2020 is an open call for artists to exhibit simple, fast, vibrant, insightful and diverse work. We want to invite artists to present art and performance at the iconic Wee Red Bar in Edinburgh.

Anyone who would like to be involved must arrive on the 20th March between 12 pm – 3 pm to install work and enjoy a magnificent evening! We accept work from emerging and established artists as well as performers and anyone working outside the conventional art boundaries.
