photoED magazine is looking to publish – in print and online:

  • Well considered submissions – A project/idea crafted with intention

  • Fine art – not stock photography

  • Original artistic work

  • Diverse interpretations on the theme “MEMORY” – which means images that refer to the past, in order to move us ahead towards a brighter future. 

Submissions are blind reviewed by our Volunteer Curatorial Editorial board members.

International Art Prize 2025

Winsor & Newton x Paul Smith’s Foundation

The International Art Prize is a free to enter open call for artists making drawing and painting in London, New York, Copenhagen, Shanghai, Antwerp, and Nottingham. Win £1,000 of Winsor & Newton art materials and £1,000 from Paul Smith’s Foundation to create a new piece of work. Artists will be enrolled on an online mentoring programme with industry experts, exhibit at their local Paul Smith store followed by a group exhibition in London with travel funded by Winsor & Newton. This year’s theme is: ‘Defining your Point of View’
