INVENTORY ART ANTHOLOGY 2021

INVENTORY | 2021 International Art Book of Contemporary Artists

How important is ti for an artist to have published an art catalog? The answer is simple: so much, maybe too much!

INVENTORY is a large luxury museum-quality publication with ISBN code for unpublished projects and is a promotional tool aiming at advertising the artists in it.  With the unprecedented epidemic raging worldwide, there are significantly fewer ways artists can showcase their work. There is one avenue however, which has always existed, but which now has become much more important: PUBBLICATION.

Call for entries for the international exhibition "Towards a critical rurality"

The Rural Design concept derives from the need to develop a new gaze that interprets the territory in a dynamic way, focusing attention on the connections within an organism and between organisms. This gaze is capable of advancing concrete planning proposals, immediately expendable, but also implementable over time.

Specifically, the design must be oriented by ecological and systemic criteria.

Mediterranean Contemporary Art Prize

The “Mediterranean Contemporary Art Prize” is created and organized by Porta Coeli Foundation and aims to foster Contemporary Art as a means for social and cultural development. The Prize was conceived to ensure a primary role to contemporary art within the framework of artistic and cultural European events of interest involving the town of Matera and the Basilicata region.

Pietraroia lies in the Matese mountains. It is a small village situated in a stunning mountainous setting. The locals have a strong local food tradition, plus the wine of Campania is consistently prize-winning. Archaeological sites are also nearby, as are many other villages, each with their own character. It is also home to a paleontology museum. Pietraroia is situated about two hours north of Naples, making it possible to do daytrips or overnight trips to Naples, Caserta (home of the Caserta Palace), Pompeii, the Amalfi coast, and Benevento. Summertime is the season for festivals where each village celebrates their local food traditions such as cheese or olive oil.
