BIG INK is partnering with The Ink Shop in Ithaca, NY for an event that fosters appreciation for the art of woodcut printmaking. On Aug 26th & 27th, 2017 BIG INK will bring a 48” x 96” mobile printmaking press to The Ink Shop. BIG INK volunteers will help pre selected participating artists print woodcuts en plein air. The finished prints will be hung in a highly visible area, creating a viewing gallery for all to enjoy.
