Flower Power

The Art Guild invites all artists, high school and older, to submit artworks for consideration for “FLOWER POWER”, a Juried Competition and Exhibition.

Flowers are more than beautiful.  Their symbolic language has been recognized by many cultures since the beginning of time. They bring joy to our happiest celebrations and provided comfort on the saddest days.

Georgia O’ Keefe said ”If you take a flower in your hand and really look at it, it’s your world for a moment.” Show us the power of your flowers!

The Painted Moment

The Art Guild invites all artists, high school and older, to submit artworks for consideration for “THE PAINTED MOMENT” a Juried Competition and Exhibition.

What attracts you to paint a subject? Is it the light at that moment, the expression at that moment or the emotion you feel at that moment? We are accepting works that are inspired by a moment in time, including still lifes, portraits and landscapes.

CRITERIA All styles from abstract to realism are welcome. All works must be original and have been created in the last five years. References used in the creation of the submitted work must be the artist’s own, or copyright-released for use in this work. The curating committee’s decision is final.

My 20/20 World

The Art Guild invites all photographers and artists, high school and older, to submit photography for consideration for My “20/20” World Photography Show, an Online Juried Competition and Exhibition.

What is your “20/20” vision? The past year limited our access to the world and posed unprecedented challenges. It also sparked our creativity. We photographed indoors; or, mask in place, we ventured out to capture new images. Perhaps past work came to mind and we used this time to review or revise it. Show us art that shines through a difficult time.  Your work will be exhibited in an online gallery.

The Art Guild invites all artists, high school and older, to submit artworks for consideration for “JUSTICE” a Juried Competition and Exhibition. Artwork can say what sometimes words cannot. Show us those emotions and what has empowered and inspired you to address social justice.

BE HAPPY: Art That Makes You Happy
