The Masur Museum of Art’s Annual Juried Competition showcases contemporary artists throughout the United States of America working in any medium. The Masur Museum of Art is the largest collecting and exhibiting institution of modern and contemporary art in Northeast Louisiana. We are dedicated to bringing our community dynamic public programming that emphasizes artists from Louisiana, the Southeast, and around the world.

58th Annual Juried Competition

58th Annual Juried Competition at the Masur Museum of Art

The Masur Museum of Art in Monroe, Louisiana invites contemporary artists working in any medium to enter the 58th Annual Juried Competition. Best in Show receives $1,000, and total awards are $3,200. Entry fee is $10/artwork (min 2/max 5 artworks). Online entry deadline: December 3, 2020 at 5pm CST. The exhibition will be on view in our historic building from February 25 – May 8, 2021 with an opening reception TBA. This year, work will be judged by Dr. Kelli Morgan: independent curator, historian, and culture critic!

Deadline is 5pm Central on December 3, 2020.

Open to any artist 18+ living in the United States. Work must have been completed after Dec 1, 2018.
