Spectrum 2025: Spring Fever Call For Entries Carriage Barn Arts Center

Spectrum is a juried exhibition of original, contemporary artwork by local and regional artists, and invites submissions in all media and all sizes.  All entries must have been created within the past two years and not previously exhibited at the Carriage Barn.

The theme of the 2025 exhibition is SPRING FEVER and the juror Susan Eley, founder and director of Susan Eley Fine Art, will review original works in all media that celebrate and embody the vitality and energy of the spring season. 

Fiber 2025 Call For Entries

FIBER 2025 – This international exhibition seeks to showcase the best of contemporary fiber art. Submissions are invited that reflect the breadth of functional or non-functional works that use fiber and/or fiber art techniques in traditional or innovative ways. Works made from natural or high tech materials that reference fiber and that blur the lines between art,architecture and craft are welcome.

METAMORPHOSIS

A juried exhibition exploring our planet's ever-evolving landscape and the profound transformations occurring. We seek works exploring the impact of climate change, urbanization, and technology on our planet's delicate ecosystems and humanity's role in shaping the world.

The juror will develop an exhibition from a selection of works entered that reflect upon the transformations occurring in our natural surroundings contemplate our planet's past, present, and future. This exhibition aims to encompass various perspectives and interpretations of the changing landscape. Any artwork that addresses environmental themes or depicts the interaction between humans and their surroundings is eligible for consideration.

72nd A•ONE Exhibition

72nd A•ONE is a competition/exhibition highlighting the diversity of work that is currently being made by established and emerging artists.

Juror: Sharon Butler, painter and arts writer, widely known as the founder of Two Coats of Paint.

71st A•ONE is a national competition/exhibition highlighting the diversity of work that is currently being made by established and emerging artists.

**Juror:** Richard Klein, Exhibitions Director of The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum **Richard Klein is a curator, artist, and writer. In his two decade long career as a curator of contemporary art he has organized over 80 exhibitions, including solo shows of the work of Janine Antoni, Sol LeWitt, Mark Dion, Roy Lichtenstein, Hank Willis Thomas, Brad Kahlhamer, Kim Jones, Jack Whitten, Jessica Stockholder, Tom Sachs, and Elana Herzog.
