ELIGIBLE WORK:
All of CENTER’s Call for Entry opportunities accept submissions from national and international photographers and lens-based artists. Work can have been made at any time and work that has been submitted previously may be re-submitted as we have new jurors each year. Work derived from all photographic processes is accepted, as well as mixed media that is photo-based. Only the Multimedia Award accepts video, multimedia files and/or still images for submission.

White Cube Residency - New Mexico

Artist residency in the high desert of New Mexico.

Each year Annex:art offers its White Cube Residency in San Fidel, New Mexico. This short-term, sponsored residency program is being offered in cooperation with Gallery 66, located in the historic Acoma Curio Shop. The program is open to creative individuals working in any genre, including visual art, music and literature. 

The White Cube Residency is offer for a period of 2 weeks to 1 month.  We offer self-directed residencies for artist wishing to have a longer experience.  Details about our other self-directed residencies are available at our website.

Artist Residency - New Mexico

Annex:art is pleased to offer its Artist-in-Residency New Mexico. This short-term, self-directed residency program is being offered in cooperation with Art Oasis San Fidel, located in beautiful Cibola County about 45 minutes west of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The program is open to creative individuals working in any genre, including visual art, music and literature.  Residencies for this program are available for a minimum of 2 weeks, with a maximum of 8 weeks.

Dates:  May 15 - August 31 (annually)

We Are the Seeds Santa Fe 2018

Call for Indigenous/Native American artists. This beautiful 2-day event at the Santa Fe Railyard will feature juried high-quality contemporary and traditional indigenous art and a festive celebration that includes music, dance, fashion, literary, and culinary art. The event will host 100+ artists representing a diversity of cultures and regions. In addition, Seeds Santa Fe will highlight and honor a group of indigenous women artists. Each featured artist will share their art by demonstrating their techniques for visitors. The Seeds Stage includes music, dance, and spoken word. Seeds Santa Fe will also feature a youth art workshop, a youth music workshop, and a poetry workshop for indigenous women.
