Call for submissions - 17th Busan International Video Art Festival

Call for submissions is open for the 17th Busan International Video Art Festival(BIVAF).

Submissions will be open for two weeks, from June 26 to July 9. More details can be found in the guidelines below. You can also find the guidelines on our website and social media. The submission link will be accessible from JUNE 26th. The 17th edition of BIVAF will be held from 15 September to 15 October 2023.

[Busan International Video Art Festival (BIVAF) aims to introduce video artworks that contemplate contemporary issues. In addition to the artworks selected through the open submissions, we invite and screen video artworks through curation so that people can understand the flow of contemporary video art.]

March Motion Graphic Design Open Call

 

BitGlim, a digital art company known for captivating displays in public spaces and businesses, is excited to announce their March Open Call for creative animated content. We're searching for animations that embrace the themes of abstract art, surrealism, and the changing seasons. The content must be less than one minute long and in high resolution, and must relate to at least one of the monthly themes. Selected applicants will not only receive a cash prize, but also have the opportunity to display their work to large audiences and become a member of our animation platform. Open Call for the 16th Busan International Video Art Festival

Call for submissions are now open for the 16th Busan International Video Art Festival.

 

BIVAF mainly introduces video artworks that deal with contemporary social issues. In particular, we plan to invite works on post-Soviet spaces and cities this year, and we would like to select works that can be presented together through the open call. 20th DongGang International Photo Festival

ĆP Gallery ‘FUTURE FOOD’ International OPEN CALL

ĆP Gallery, the first to bring speculative design to Korea, is accepting designer and artist submissions for its ‘FUTURE FOOD’ exhibition.

The exhibition is a critical view on current and foreseeable social issues surrounding our future food system. An artistic take on possible dystopian future due to food insecurity, diet changes and so forth will provide a cathartic and stimulating experience for the audience. Furthermore, renowned

designers over the world including, the speculative designers, Céline Park and Paul Gong, are participating and will be showcasing their artwork. (Final designer lineup will be updated later)
