ArtMaze Magazine is pleased to announce an open call for the Summer Edition of 2018, Issue 8!

Art Maze Magazine is an independent artist-run international publication which showcases experimental and progressive contemporary art, reflecting modern society and its environment, provoking conversation and action; fostering innovation and diversity of mediums which make today’s art scene so intriguing and versatile.

ArtMaze Magazine invites guest curators from internationally renowned galleries as well as independent art professionals to help select works for each issue. ArtMaze gives spotlight to artists and engage with its readers and followers everyday through their social media, website and print and digital issues.

3-Phase: We Can’t Float - Here Larry Achiampong/ Mark Essen/ Nicola Singh

Workplace is delighted to present 3-Phase: We Can’t Float Here, a group exhibition of new and existing work by Larry Achiampong, Mark Essen and Nicola Singh. This is the second of three exhibition moments showcasing work by the artists over an 18 month period, as part of the unique development initiative 3-Phase. We Can’t Float Here was preceded by a group exhibition at Jerwood Space (November – December 2017) and will culminate in a solo show for each artist at Eastside Projects in the Autumn of 2018.

Call for Artist - Artrooms Fair London 2019

 

Artrooms Fair London has announced the dates of its 5th Edition!

The Fair will run from the 11th to the 13th January  2019 at Meliã White House Hotel, Albany St, London NW1 3UP (Regent’s Park, London). 

We are now calling for independent artists from all over the world, from all different backgrounds and media.

Artists will exhibit in hotel rooms to be transformed in their own creative and intimate studios.

It is a great opportunity to share your vision, meet collectors, curators, and to be scouted by galleries.

Artrooms is the first international contemporary art fair offering free exhibition spaces to independent artists, innovating the way artists and buyers meet.

Call for artists - In My Town - Wake up screaming #10

The next edition of Wake up screaming will continue the outward orientation set by #9, but this month we will venture into the Towns. The U.K. is unique in that it is a densely populated area with clustered towns and cities packed into a relatively small space, but this doesn't stop each town being really unique, with its own livelihood and special characters and creative populations.

CALL OUT

 MAKE is our annual Christmas selling exhibition celebrating the diversity of contemporary craft.

The exhibition focuses on selling handmade, high quality craftwork and connecting makers with our Christmas customers. By highlighting one-off, unique pieces alongside small scale batch production we aim to offer a range of mediums and prices to suit all. 

The exhibition is open to any UK-based craftsperson or designer-maker whose work fits these criteria.  We are particularly looking for makers who produce exciting and contemporary work.
