Application for STOMACH III Edition is currently open.

For the third edition of STOMACH, the organization invites independent practitioners, art students and artists of all backgrounds, to showcase their works on Saturday the 9th of December 2017 at the Hoxton Arches Gallery, located in the heart of East London´s art scene.

 

The aim of STOMACH III Edition is to search out for and showcase artworks by artists that have embraced their individual exegesis in art, artworks that are a product of an inner balance in a world full of diversity and often chaos. We believe the role, the voice and the responsibility of the artist are more crucial than ever in the framework of contemporary art debates and we will take in consideration artwork of different matters.

It is happening! November 4th and 5th Stratford-upon-Avon Town Hall.

Curating a small but perfectly formed arts fair in a listed Town Hall with four plugs, a dumb waiter, busts of Shakespeare, antique furniture that cannot be moved, lighting from crystal chandeliers and Georgian mirrors make it both atmospheric and challenging to curate the Fair, but is so worth it...

The Hall is full of magnificent portraits of past Mayors, Ceremonial Rolls and a collection of Blue and White ceramics. In itself it is a beautiful Hall to visit, however filled with modern art it is a joy.

Winter Designer Maker Fair

The Winter Designer Maker Fair is Kingsgate Workshops’ annual festive craft and design sale.

Friday 24th November 6-9pm

Saturday 25th November 12-9pm

Sunday 26th November 12-6pm

This year a selection of contemporary craft makers and designers, producing everything from high-end ceramics to paper sculpture, will be selling their work from a new outdoor market and in curated indoor shop spaces in our Victorian warehouse building. Unique and precious gifts, decorations, and wrapping paper will all nestle together on our fairylit market stalls.
We’ll also have festive food and a chance to peek inside the building and its beautiful yard, which are both usually closed to the public.
