Call for artworks by youth artists between ages 8 and 18.

Entry Dates: Now – September 24, 2024

Exhibition Dates:  October 30 – December 13, 2024

Entry Fee: $25 for one artwork

 

Prizes: 

The Jury will award artwork prizes based originality, skill, and personal voice.

2nd Place $50

3rd Place $25

Open art call for the upcoming exhibition When We Were Young…

Application deadline September 24, 2022.

Call for artworks related to the topic, “When We Were Young…”  Artists are encouraged to engaged with, and creatively interpret this theme with their individual approach, media, and art making processes.

This show corresponds to our Youth Art Exhibition, which will feature artworks by artists ages 8-18 and will display simultaneously in our space.

2024 Holiday Art Festival

Art Center Sarasota is excited to host our 2024 Holiday Art Festival! Artists from all disciplines are encouraged to apply. 

The 2024 Holiday Art Festival will take place in The Sam & Sally Shapiro Sculpture Garden on Saturday, December 14 & Sunday, December 15, 12pm-5pm. In the event of rain, an alternate day will be Monday, December 16.

Abstract call for Artists

Art Scene West is opening its submission doors to Abstract Artists everywhere! From this call opportunity, up to 20 artists will be selected to have their unique paintings adorn the walls of our downtown San Diego gallery for 2 months beginning October 4th - November 30th. During that time artists' work will also be displayed on our Online Gallery and promoted on our social media channels and website. Our gallery is located in Seaport Village of downtown San Diego, a beautiful attraction where tourists and locals gather to enjoy the seaside businesses, luxury restaurants, and beautiful Southern California weather.

Koi Artist Award

The Blue Koi Art Awards continue to celebrate diversity and excellence in the visual arts on a global scale. The Koi Artist Award is our way of extending a hand to emerging and established artists. This award is open worldwide to artists 18 years and above. Accepting entries of all mediums, styles, and genres, up to 8 pieces of work are required.

The KAA is Open theme (Artist’s Choice) giving the creators artistic freedom for self-expression. We believe in the power of artistic freedom, which is why we’re excited to see what you’ll share/create given full creative reign.

The Winner of the Koi Artist Award will receive a $500 cash prize, a Solo Exhibition and Certificate.

Evian : Critical Review Catalogue Publication & Online Exhibit (No Fees)

No application, publication, participation, or selection fees. No fees.

Up to six best in show artists will have their work published in the catalogue with detailed critical essays written by the curators. Artists participating in the online exhibit will have two works of art on display and links to their website and social media. Artists keep 100% sales of their work.
