Name: City Mark Capital Art Project

Location: Rochester, New York

Summary: The City Mark Project is intended to give Rochester a new permanent physical Artwork that recognizes and celebrates the City Mark design. The Artwork should be unique, prominent and iconic, and should celebrate the “City Mark,” the five-petaled symbol of Rochester’s “Flour City” past and “Flower City” present that has become a sign of community pride.  

HOWL. The Art of Dogs International Art and Photography Exhibition

Submit your art and photography of dogs, canines of any sort are welcome. We love seeing everyone's best friend in art of all sorts! 

Pet dogs, wild dogs, dingos, maned wolves, wolves in general, foxes, and similar are welcome. 2D and 3D artwork and photography desired.

All entries must include an animal and must be the original artwork of the submitting artist.

For this virtual exhibition, submit your best art and photography that represents the idea of MOOD. This can be atmospheric, all about facial expressions, based on animal interaction/behavior, or anything else that gives the idea of MOOD.

We embrace realism as fully as abstraction. We love loose brush strokes as much as highly detailed photographs. We live for finely crafted ceramics as much as mixed media experiments. We. Love. Art.

Renaissance in Pastel

The Connecticut Pastel Society’s Annual Exhibition: Renaissance in Pastel, is open for entries May 28 through August 1st, 2024.
