Requests for Qualifications from Artists Interested in the Joe Marfuggi Riverwalk

Riverfront Recapture and the Joe Marfuggi Riverwalk Public Art Committee (The Committee) have opened a Request for Qualifications to identify qualified artists interested in developing site-specific permanent artwork to be installed along the Joe Marfuggi Riverwalk. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase process, the second is a Request for Proposals, where selected artists will provide their vision and ideas for the project.

Depth Of Field or DOF is an online gallery space for international emerging artists with contemporary photography practice - traditional, conceptual, color and black/white photographers are welcome to apply!

OPEN CALL: New Contemporaries

dodomu gallery is now accepting submissions for New Contemporaries exhibition. This online curated show will focus on artists practicing painting, sculpture, photography, digital and mixed media with present day’s aesthetics and concepts. Contemporary representational and abstract work will be considered. Artists are invited to submit work related to the exhibition theme.

 

Eligibility:

•  Open to all artists 18 years and older

•  All visual art media will be considered

Small Works Juried All Media Exhibition

The Northville Art House presents this open juried exhibition to showcase compelling artworks on a diminutive scale, limited to 16 inches in any direction, in most media including painting, drawing, ceramics, metalwork, photography, sculpture, and mixed media.

Eligibility: Artists, 18 and over, may submit a maximum of 6 works of art created in any media, excluding electronic/sound and video/film, within the last 5 years, and not previously exhibited at the Art House. The maximum size of all artworks, including the frame, is 16 inches in any direction. Artwork is required to be for sale. 

Prizes: $650 in cash awards for 1st – 4th Place and Honorable Mention Awards.
