2022 Inbreak Residency

Inbreak and Dea Studios invite artists of any discipline, writers, preachers, and curators to participate in the 2022 Inbreak Residency.This residency is a collaborative virtual process that will enable participants to collectively explore themes of art, faith, and race in the United States. Over the course of three months, residents will engage in a program that includes selected viewings, readings, and dialogue prompts. The residency will culminate in a live or virtual event, a series of virtual exhibitions, and publication possibilities. 

Emerging Leaders Summit

The Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC) is hosting a 2021 Emerging Leaders Summit! The Summit is a virtual experience with participation centered on young people aged 14-35 but open to all.

This summer’s Summit will strengthen connections between young leaders and their networks, spark momentum for youth movements at the intersection of nature and climate justice, and provide a space for artistic creation and performance utilizing the outdoors and the Appalachian Trail as a muse.

Call for Artists: The Spongleheim Gallery Presents “F▲C3”

The Spongleheim gallery is pleased to announce the call for artists for our next exhibition is now open.  We are looking for works inspired by the theme “F▲C3”.  All works will be considered but we are particularly interested in showcasing work in the genres of outsider art, art brut, naïve art, folk art and other forms of self-taught artistry.

All image-based submissions are welcome (e.g. drawing, painting, sculpture, photography) but we cannot accept films or music for this exhibition.
