Open Call for Audition | Master Performance Practices

Home of Performance Practices and ArtEZ University of Arts is now open to applications from artists looking to join our Master’s programme from Autumn 2022!

The ArtEZ Performance Practices programme welcomes independent and responsible artist-researchers, wishing to further, and more rigorously, advance their careers in performance art, live art, contemporary theatre, conceptual choreography, experimental dance or visual art.

ART4T CALL FOR ARTISTS

ART4T is calling young European emerging artists to apply for a non-formal training programme based on the co-creation, together with three internationally renowned artists, of new works to be produced and exhibited during BAM Biennale Arcipelago Mediterraneo.

Art Rethinks Transformation for Training (ART4T) seeks twelve emerging artists for a non-formal professional training program based on sharing the creation process. 

$5K Excellence in Teaching Award - CENTER's 2022 Call for Nominations

Through February 27, 2022, nominations are accepted for the $5K Callanan Excellence in Teaching Award. Learn how to nominate for free below.

•   $5K EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING AWARD: The Callanan Excellence in Teaching Award honors a high school, college, or postgraduate teacher’s dedication and commitment to their students and field. Educators in all areas of photographic teaching are eligible, including fine art, documentary, history, and criticism.

EDUCATORS MUST POSSES: A genuine passion for teaching, ability to excite students to learn, respect students as individuals, and an enduring artistic curiosity.

PACKAGE: $5,000, Review Santa Fe Admission, Public Project Presentation during Review Santa Fe, and a CENTER Supporting Level Membership.

Calling all young artists! The Jeffrey Ahn, Jr. Fellowship (Deadline: December 31st, 2021)

Founded in 2014, The Jeffrey Ahn, Jr. Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing creative talent and independence in young people. It does so by funding young artists to realize extraordinary independent projects. 

A merit-based award, the Fellowship welcomes young artists up to the age of 17, from any background or country, to submit proposals for the independent creation of artworks. The Fellowship will provide up to $10,000 of funding for the chosen Fellow's project, including but not limited to cost of materials, relevant museum or gallery admission, and/or tuition for creative instruction. Each year, the winning Fellow is chosen by a distinguished jury of artists, curators, gallerists, and established arts professionals.

COMICS SUMMER CAMP / CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

After Barcelona in 2021, the comics summer camp will take place in the heart of Europe, Brussels, at the Belgian Comic Strip Center between the 11th and 15th of July 2022!
