Artist-In-Residence Cycle 17 Call For Submissions

Textile Arts Center's Artist in Residence (TAC AIR) combines studio access with a rigorous interdisciplinary curriculum and regular critical dialogue, providing residents an opportunity to learn and explore the textile medium, and an alternative to traditional higher education programs. The residency culminates in a group exhibition produced and hosted by TAC. Since 2010, TAC AIR has graduated over 100 artists and designers whose work continues to further textile art within the fashion, fine arts, design and art education fields.

TAC AIR Cycle 17 will run from October 2025 to June 2026, artists will exhibit in September, 2026.

Pour la suite de son cycle sur les pratiques artistiques, OpenBach vous propose de participer à la seconde exposition collective autour de l’art textile : LES VARIATIONS TEXTILES.

Que ce soit de manière hétérogène (mix peinture / broderie) ou essentiellement textile, toutes créations contemporaines textiles sont acceptées. Voici quelques exemples de pratiques attendues : le tufting, l'arm-knitting, la broderie, le tricot, le crochet, le canevas, le tissage, le patchwork, la tapisserie, la sérigraphie sur textile...

The Call for Ideas Is Open!

We’re delighted to announce the six new mentors and open call for applications for the tenth anniversary edition of Forecast Mentorships.

Artistic practitioners and cultural producers working in all creative fields, anywhere in the world, are encouraged to apply to Forecast’s international mentorship program with projects that could benefit from the expertise of one of this edition’s mentors and their unique approach to material and knowledge production. The call is open to applicants of all ages and does not prescribe a theme. The only requirement is to submit projects that are relevant to the expertise of the mentor you wish to work with.
