Dare to Dance in Public Film Festival

Submissions are currently Open for DARE TO DANCE IN PUBLIC FILM FESTIVAL: Round 7 (D2D)

D2D is dedicated to the concept of democratizing dance by taking it into the public sphere, exploring space and place, and intersecting creatively with the art of film.  We are most interested in the creative intersection of dance and the camera, and films that transcend perceived boundaries of  country, culture, ethnicity, race, religion, and gender, and that speak to us wordlessly in the universal language of movement about what it is to be human.

Intermix Residency 2nd Cycle

Initiated by the Visual Arts Commission in collaboration with the Fashion Commission. The
Intermix Residency Program is a fully-funded multiple-cycle artist residency program located in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Program welcomes applications by Saudi and international emerging and mid-career visual
artists, fashion designers, and curators aged 21 or above who are willing to develop a
production or research-based project related to the topics of innovation, transformation, and
sustainability. Eligible candidates have a strong interest in processes of cross-disciplinary
exchange, peer learning, and collective learning.

Green Product Award Fashion

The Green Product Award Fashion, a prestigious award for sustainable fashion products, will be presented on 27 January 2024 at the Neonyt trade fair in Düsseldorf. The event offers a unique opportunity to discover the outstanding achievements and innovations of established brands and emerging labels in the fields of clothing, shoes, bags and accessories.

Until 7 November established brands and small labels can apply to the Green Product Award Fashion to make their sustainable products shine in Germany. Big public voting in December, ceremony & exhibition in January.

Studio Tours Open Call

We are now accepting rolling submissions for our Studio Tours Open Call as part of our Creative Spaces interview series.

Studio Tours provides an intimate setting for visitors to get to know creatives where they’re most comfortable — in their creative spaces. If you’re a visual artist, writer, musician, or other creative with a designated art space, we want to hear from you.

This call is open to all creators 18 years and older, and responses can be submitted in a written, auditory, or visual format.
