US Show

Galleries hold immense power. A viewer enters under the premise that the contents of the space deserve to be heard, examined, taken seriously. You shouldn’t have to be American born and raised to have access to that privilege. We’re hosting the US Show to celebrate immigrant artists and actively make space for diversity. All artists born abroad who now call the United States home are welcome to apply. Applications are free for everyone. We can’t wait to see how your unique perspectives translate into art!

30x30

The 30x30 show is a great way to explore any theme or style by creating one panel that displays 30 works that are 6 inches by 6 inches each. Use the 30-day work period restraint to challenge yourself to create constantly. Each piece will be sold individually, giving viewers the unique opportunity to take home artwork that they may not be able to afford otherwise. So, do you accept our challenge?

Solo Show

Have your work in our front window (also known as the Feature Foyer Gallery)! The selected artist will have the opportunity to show their work on a 24' wall for 8 weeks. Any medium is acceptable.

Membership Medley

Blue Line Arts is pleased to present our Membership Medley show as a small token of our appreciation of our member's support. Only members are elligible to enter. You can sign up to support the arts as an Artist Member on our website for only $72 a year. Artist Members also enjoy other perks such as a 60% sales commission (rather than the normal 50%) and free entry into select exhibitions.

We recognize our members are the backbone of our organization and this show has become one of our most treasured exhibitions. Thank you for your support of Blue Line Arts and for your participation in “Membership Medley!” The exhibition will be a great opportunity to show off the amazing talent we have in our membership to the Sacramento area.

stARTup Art Fair Houston 2019: Call for Artists

stARTup Art Fair Houston is the contemporary art fair designed for artists, by artists.

Our three-day fair is October 11-13, 2019 at the historic Hotel Icon, where authentic Texas charm meets contemporary luxury in the heart of downtown Houston. stARTup takes place concurrently with the Texas Contemporary gallery fair, 10 blocks away. Participating artists will have a fantastic opportunity to expose new work to a myriad of collectors, curators, gallery owners, art consultants, and writers who will be coming to the city for a weekend of contemporary art.

The core mission of stARTup Art Fair is to provide a marketplace that gives artists the power to present and sell work on their own terms. All sales proceeds belong 100% to the artists.
