The International Association of Photography and Theory [IAPT] is pleased to announce an open call for publications that engage with themes related to landscape and accessibility under the title Perceiving Landscape(s).

2021 Foundwork Artist Prize | $10,000 Juried Grants with Studio Visits and Interviews

The Foundwork Artist Prize is an annual juried award to recognize outstanding practices by contemporary artists working in any media. The deadline to register for the 2021 Prize is October 10.

Two honorees will receive unrestricted $10,000 grants and studio visits with each of this year’s jurors who include distinguished curators, gallerists, educators, and artists. The honorees and three shortlisted artists will also be featured in long-form interviews in the Foundwork Dialogues program to further public engagement with their work.

PITCH LIVE CONTEST

The pandemic has changed opportunities for artists and art market professionals both digitally and in live events. Our presence has become more digital than ever before. This call is for artists and professionals looking to expand their digital footprint, shift or improve digital portfolio or website, build a digital strategy or explore new new ways of digital creative creation. “Fantasy” Digital Art Contest

Draw, have fun and win prizes in Pixarra’s new illustration contest!

Pixarra is announcing a call for artists for a new digital art contest under the theme of “Fantasy Art”. Submission is free of charge and is not limited in the number of entries. 2D and 3D artists from around the world are invited to show their art.

All submissions must be digital paintings created with illustration software and the participants must have the full copyrights on them. Traditional art, photos, photo manipulations, collages and animation are not accepted.

Participants can submit their entries at www.pixarra.com/competition between May 25 and June 21, 2021.

The 36th Chelsea International Fine Art Competition

The 36th Chelsea International Fine Art Competition is a wonderful opportunity for artists at any stage of their career to gain valuable exposure in the New York art scene and receive valuable awards.

The 2021 competition awards are valued at more than $70000. In addition to cash prizes other awards include participation in a group exhibition in New York international exposure participation in an art fair and promotional opportunities.
