Episode 14 – Mirrors of Strength - Recognizing Our Power

How often do we overlook our own strength?

In Episode 14 of Art Therapy with MindSoul Meditations, we invite you to explore the power that lives within—but isn’t always easy to see. “Mirrors of Strength” is an open call to create artwork that reflects the resilience, growth, and personal power that often go unnoticed in ourselves.

This theme asks artists to visualize hidden strength—through reflecting pools, layered imagery, multiple perspectives, or other creative lenses that reveal what’s beneath the surface. Your art will help illuminate the quiet capacity for courage, endurance, and transformation that exists in all of us.
